On Monday, June 21, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled against the NCAA in the NCAA v. Alston case, finding in favor of student-athletes. This case focused on whether it was an antitrust violation for the NCAA to limit the amount of education-related expenses that schools can offer student-athletes.
